Named Accountable GP

From 1st April 2015 practices are required under the contract to allocate a named GP to ALL patients (including children). You will still be able to make an appointment with the doctor of your choice.

Please enquire at reception if you wish to know the name of your allocated GP.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
